HOW TO START YOUR ORDER..
1- REQUEST A QUOTE
To ensure a smooth and accurate quoting process, we recommend using our Tech Pack Template. You can find it on our Resource page, or if you prefer, you can use a similar document that provides the necessary information. 2- APPROVE AND PAY
Once our team has prepared the customized quote, we'll send it to you so you can go over each detail at your leisure. You'll have all the time you need to review the specification and make sure it meets your needs and expectations. Once you're comfortable with everything and feel confident about moving forward, you will be asked to approve the quote and make the payment for the total amount. If there are any changes you need to make, we are more than happy to accommodate them. At the end of the day, our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final product, so we'll do everything we can to make sure that happens.
3- Production
When our team receives your detailed mockups and specifications, we know that ensuring every detail is translated into the final product is of utmost importance. Our skilled team of designers, pattern makers, cutters, and manufacturers work together tirelessly in order to ensure that your garments are made to the highest quality standards.
4- SHIPPING
Once our production process has reached its completion and our team have ensured that your order is completed, we will get in touch with you and provide you with an update on your order status. Whether you prefer to have your order shipped directly to your desired location or would like to arrange a pickup, rest assured that our team is dedicated to making the entire process as seamless and hassle-free as possible.
